Lean Team Problem Solving

Stop Firefighting!

Start Fixing!

Tired of seeing the same issues pop up on the production line?

The frustrating cycle of temporary fixes, endless rework, and lost productivity is a reality for many in manufacturing.  But what if you could be the person who not only puts out the fires but prevents them from ever starting again?

Learning As A Team

The Toyota Production was built on a team concept where work is studied and improved by the team rather than one employee within the team.

You might consider forming a small team and take this class together.

A team doesn’t need to be big. You and two employees plus a leader could form a great team.
