Lean Coach-Led Training
Coach-led Training gives you access to a Lean coach during the entire online training.
The travel costs that come with a Lean consultant visiting the client onsite are eliminated.
You pay only for the actual time you are working with your coach.
Coach-led Training also includes weekly, online office sessions led by a Lean coach. These sessions are FREE.
Just-in-Time Coaching enables students to purchase additional Online training with a Lean Coach by the ½ hour or by the hour, as often as needed.
There are other times that it would be nice to talk with an experienced Lean Coach and yet, avoid the costly travel expense of an onsite visit.
For Example:
When planning a Lean event or Lean training.
To discuss challenges you may have with Lean implementation.
To look for ways to move Lean ahead in your organization.
